What is the average turnaround for my order?

• When you fill out the form, we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours during these business hours.
  (Mon-Fri  10:00-4:00)
• We will send you an example through email within that time.
• Once you have made payment, we will print within 24 hours of payment during business hours.
• Shipping cost $6.00 and takes 2 to 3 business days. 
  You may request overnight shipping which is an $15.00.
   

How do I make payment?

There are 3 payment options:

1. Pay over the phone by calling 1.615.730.6997. 
One of our friendly customer service representatives will guide you through the process.
Have your Card number, Expiration date, Address, and 3 digit # on back of card ready.

2. Submit and order and we will send and example that you would need to approve.  Once it has been approved, then we will send you an invoice in which you can pay online.

What if I am dissatisfied with my order?

We refund 50% of your purchase.  It is suggested that you request for an example of your order to be sent to your mailing address, so that you will be able to see our product.  We strive to make sure that none of our orders come to this issue.
